The fire department is equipped with two rescue engines, two basic life support (BLS) ambulances, a water tanker, and a grass truck for different needs. The Insurance Services Organization has rated our department as one of the best in the two county areas we serve (an Insurance Class 4 Fire Rating), allowing your insurance provider to know we are prepared for your emergency and in most cases leads to lower home owners insurance rates. Being prepared to be at our best during your worst day is something we work year round for.
